Travel has brought me to some wonderful new experiences.

Those include Yoga and learning to Surf. Through travel, I also was able to discover the powers of Ayurveda (Traditional Indian Medicine) first hand. You can read about my experience in Kerala, India below. I was also able to dabble with surfing and try my hand at learning – although please note, I’m not a “surfer”. An elephant would have better balance on a board than I do, as you’ll see from the pics of my attempts in those posts. There is, however, something that keeps bringing me back to surfing.

My practice of Yoga has grown as I’ve travelled. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to yoga retreats on a few occasions and each has added something important to me. This section of the blog is all about soul travel, in its purest sense!
